WHO’S BEHIND THIS WEBSHOP?

My name is Jasmijn Dennink. I am a Dutch girl who lives in Uruguay, and I love to explore the world.
With Miomaio, I wish to tell you about my travel experiences along with my sensation of meeting people where they live and work. I wish to share these impressions with you and everyone who visits MioMaio.com.

I am always looking for unique products that are handmade by locals. I prefer products made of natural materials and MioMaio insures that the artists are paid fair price for their artwork.
The handmade products are all unique and, I like to think that they are specially made for you.

WHAT’S THE DELIVERY TIME OF MY ORDER?

If you place your order on a weekday before 5 PM, we will send it to you in 24 hours.
To countries outside of South America the estimated shipping time is about a 8-15 working days.

If a product is out of stock, this will be mentioned on the website. In such case, you can place an order, but the delivery time will be longer. If you order multiple products, of which one or more are out of stock, the whole order will be delivered when all products are back in stock.


WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The shipping costs for each continent:

Central/South-America:- 4,50 US Dollar
North America:————6,60 US Dollar
Europe:———————6,50 US Dollar
Asia:————————7,60 US Dollar
Australia:——————6,50 US Dollar

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?

If your order isn’t what you expected, you are of course free to return it. Please let us know in advance by sending us an email, which states the reason of returning the product. We will then send you the return address. If you return the product in the original package, undamaged, sufficiently stamped within 28 days, we will pay you back the purchase price (shipping costs excluded) as soon as possible after we’ve received the returned product.
Don’t forget to mention your order number and name when you return a product! Otherwise we cannot process it. We would also like to hear the reason for returning your order, this helps us improve and further develop the webshop.

I HAVE A COMPLAINT ABOUT MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Is a product damaged, are you not satisfied with the quality or did your receive the wrong product? Please let us know by sending us an email. We will always offer a suitable solution. If a product is damaged, please attach a picture of the damage to your e-mail, so we know what the exact problem is.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN SENT, CAN I TRACK IT?

If your order is sent as a parcel or mailbox parcel, you can email us for the track & trace code. If your order is sent by regular mail, you won’t be able to track it, unfortunately.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

You can pay easily and safely with PayPal.

MY ORDER IS A PRESENT, CAN I INCLUDE A PERSONAL MESSAGE?

If you’d like to add a personal message for the recipient to your order, please do so in the special field when you place your order.  This message will then be included on the delivery note. We can also gift wrap your order for you.

CAN I ALSO PURCHASE YOUR OWN PRODUCTS AS A COMPANY OR SHOP?

Do you want to purchase our products as a business gift or use them for resale? In both cases we would like to receive an email that states which products it concerns, the number of products, within what timeframe you want to receive them and any other possible requests. We’d like to think along with you and will come back to your request as soon as possible.
